Return & Reshipment Policy
We accept return or reshipment requests within 15 days of delivery if the item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged during shipping, is incomplete, or is incorrect.
If you discover any issue with your item within 15 days of delivery, please contact our customer support team before taking any further action. To help us verify the issue, please provide your order number, clear photos, and a video showing the product, packaging, and the specific problem.
After verification, we will prioritize reshipping a new product or the missing part to you at no additional cost. If reshipment is not available, not appropriate, or cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a return and refund.
For approved returns caused by manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incomplete items, or incorrect items, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Please do not return the product to the address shown on the shipping package. The return address may be different from the original shipping address. You must contact our customer support team first to receive the correct return instructions and return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected, or after the issue has been verified by our support team. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Items damaged by misuse, improper operation, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or personal reasons are not covered under this policy.
